the high octane gas isnt helping you ....you dont have the compression to cause it to completely combust....if you insist on throwing money away i will send you my adress.....[8D]

Instead of saying "not true" why dont you elaborate on your pathetic opinions? Instead of just leaving them vauge?? Or is this post the same as all you're other ones, how you dont know why you say the stupid things you do, you just go ahead and say them??
And Big nic is right, to a certain extent it does some good, compaired to regular fuel, but too high octain is just a waste. Its like running 101 race fuel in a stock street car, all your doing is burning money.

EASY NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Personally i don't think the higher octane fuel helped him in this case. It was more likely good track conditions and good air that got him there. None the less its a damn good run and we should be congratulating him, not arguing over freaking OCTANE [>:]

I've been running 92 octane premium, which it is supposedly tuned for, but this gas has oxygen in it (hence why some racing associations have banned it). It was mixed basically half and half with the 92 octane premium. I think I was having some KR, so this eliminated some of that. I've made about 50 runs on the premium, and 6 on this new gas, and I broke my 15 mark. It needs to be dyno tuned badly, but I think I'm done for the year.

I agree, but this is the fudge packer import were talking about, how can we not argue?

Congrats on the 14 mark!!! As I said before, higher octane will help to a certain extent, other than that, its a waste... put in 101 and your time will not improve.
