Default possible frame trouble

so my camaro hasn't been up on a hoist yet. if there is a decent amount of rust in the frame then are there any fixes for this?? grinding it out? reinforcing it?

i would say if its rusted out its gonna be a lot of work and money, i have a 78 thats is falling apart on the bottom but i just cant seem to part with it. I know i will have to after college hopefully to buy one in better condition when i start making some money instead of spending it all on college tuition.
