Just a light sprinkle of Lawry's seasoning salt, and a good dash of black pepper. I don't get too crazy seasoning fish, as a little goes a long way. Well maybe a little crazy with the black pepper!

Cream cheese stuffed jalapenos wrapped with bacon makes a great appetizer and usually goes over well at parties.

dude that link scared the HELL out of me.. i spilled my coffee on my leg and arms.. thankfully is was a bit cooled.. lol I opened it up and my speakers were a bit loud apperantly.. haha

but i do not. i wish i did. those things look sweet. probably not so good for cooking though. I want a table with a BBC base and a glass top like on Top Gear. THOSE are sweet to me. Good addition to the man cave. haha

it's not that difficult and you have alot left over for future use. We just keep it in the fridge.

well i skipped the ribs today. maybe another time. instead i did some chicken breasts marinated with a garlic and butter type marinade. Wrapped it in bacon and grilled it. basted it everytime i flipped with a pretty generous amount of leftover marinade. I put some colby jack shredded cheese on there while on the grill to melt it and pulled them. DELISH! First time i did a lot of the things i did this time around, but it turned out awesome.

BBQ chicken sounds pretty good. I think I'll do that tonight myself.
