Default What to do??

So im trying to figure out which of my camaros to drop a new motor in. I'd really love to drop a new motor in the 94 since it already has the trans and rear end done. The only reason i hesitate on doing the 94 is smog testing. I found another lt1 for about $500 that i'm thinking of picking up this weekend that way i can take a little time and build up a nice strong 383 stroker to drop in, but i'm pretty darn sure that a 383 wont get through smog here in AZ. Anyone know how often i would have to smog my 94 in AZ? I could drop whatever i want in the 72 if i insure it as a classic then i dont have to worry about smog, and the new M22 should love a 383 but the rear end is open and small geared so i'd be looking at doing that as well and i'd have to weld up the frame (already planning on doing that eventually.) Im trying to do this on a budget, other than going with forged internals anyone have any suggestions on specific brands/parts that are reliable but not on the overly expensive side? Im planning on hitting the new motor with about 200hp of n2oin multiple stages.

I think EngineMasters or CarCraft just had a 383 Smog test legal build up in their issue before last. It was a good read if you're wanting to find out how to get a smog legal 383.
