temp. problem

Default temp. problem

2 things what temp should my 01 z28 be running.and what are some inexpensive preformance upgrades

Just shy of the 210 mark. if its higher you may have a bad thermostat or need your cooling system flushed.
To answer your mod question. Go with the standard intake,cat-back exhaust,and maybe gears or shift kit or gears in your differential.
