Is your hose bad, it doesn't look it in the picture? The AIR system injects low pressure air into the exhaust only as the engine is heating up, so they don't "blow out" like an old heater hose can. Why not reuse it?

The end that you see clearly on the installed picture is extremely brittle and unusable. It also had a break in it about 1.5" long.

I found a Chevy dealer whos parts department is open on Saturday. They looked it up and gave me the part number. #125514975

so far i cant find one. did he say he could order it. may be your going to have to buy some heater hose and make it work. maybe a parts store has some a.i.r. hoses you can go through to pick from.

Theres a dealership in portland that has one, but they are closed until Monday. The place that gave me the part number can order it but its faster if I can get it from the place that has it. I found one place online, if I have too go that route.

Got and installed the hose today. While installing it I found this. I haven't disconnected anything that I didnt reconnect. It is in a bundle of wires that are near the alternator but all alternator wires are connected. Any ideas?
