Hi i'm new to Camaro's. And i'm only 18 so please bear with me. But i "kind of" understand the whole cam thing. (lift, duration etc) but not completely. I'm looking for a cam for my 2002 LS1 Camaro. I want is to have good mid - high end power with a pretty rough idle. Drivability isn't an issue (i used to drive a 5.0 mustang in downtown traffic every day).

I just want a nice "lopey" muscle car tone to it on idle. But i also need something that wont damage the valves or anything...??

Any suggestions?
