how much work would be needed to swap an LS1 engine from a 2001 Z28 Camaro and replace it with an LS2 engine, this may be a stupid question but I was just wondering

 

switching any type of engine with another requires quite a bit of work and tech knowledge, or are you asking if its possible? or what time in man hours? do you have a more specific question?

 

ok well, I know its possible, but I mean will it require a lot of modifications, or will it work with little modifications, I know it will take a while no matter what, but basically would it be worth it and how much work would be needed for it to work properly, and what else would be needed besides the engine
