I have the older style single duration 270 magnum in the car now it is adverized as the largest duration you can run with a stock converter so far I like it. Ill try to record the sound of it later today it has open headers though.

If that is all you are looking for then use a cam with a narrow lobe seperation like the Comp Magnum cams since they are all at 110. Also, put as much duration in it that you can and it will be as lopey as you could want it. Will it make great HP and torque? That is a different question.

Depends on how much of a masochist you are. If you are into whips & chains, you will be right at home with that kind of a cam.

These are two clips with a 350 with a 270 cam very mild vortec headed engine the idle one didnt come out very good I must have been to close it really isnt that bad. The second one some guy in a bikepulled in but you can still hear the car ok. The carhasrun in the 8.20s (1/8th) but today was really hot andhumid I think the car is capable of seeing the high high 7s with better air and better tune(carb)
