Default another cam question

Pretty stock 350 grooms rebuilt 4 bolt, im thinking it has around 250-270 horse. I am tring to end up with 350-375 streetable horse. Was thinking about lunati 213/219 454/468 lift, or lunati 219/227 468/489 lift. Does this sound like a good choice or should i even go up to 227/233 489/504 lift. Should i change out the intake while im in the or is that not much difference(on a budget). Also was wondering about clearance issues, and idle quality with these cams(I kinda like the lope but i want to drive it). Sorry about all the questions just want some opinions before i just dive into it. thanks one more thing is should i change springs, lifters, and timing chain with a newly rebuilt motor? thanks again
