Default 305 Rebuild - Need Advice

I am looking to improve the pathetic 165hp 305 in my 86 Z28. I have pretty much got the combination sorted out, but I need a couple of technical specs that I can't seem to find.

I need to know the head chamber volume and the volume between the piston top and cylinder deck (at top-dead-centre) to work out compression ratios.

I am looking at using the following:
Flat top pistons - not sure on brand yet
Stock rods
Edelbrock Performer RPM Air Gap
Holley 650DP Carby
New cam (222deg @ 0.050", .470 lift, 110LSA)
Ported heads with 1.94" valves
Flowtech headers, twin 2.5" exhaust
LSD with 3.73 diff gears

Looking for a nice reliable 300hp. This is a cruiser not a race car so I am not concerned about huge power, hence I am not bothered with going to the trouble and expense of a 350 swap.
