What are these?

I have a 2002 silver Camaro, it has red stripes running down the sides and says "Heart Beat USA" behind the gas tank in red. It is the 35th anniv. model. Did these stripes come stock or what?

Heart beat is a Chevrolet catch phrase. I dont think they put that on the vehicles though. Its usualy on just decals and sunscreens and stuff like that from the parts store.
