First Id try 90% Simple Green 10% water as a cleaning solution. This stuff is amazing. Get a good wool mit and have at it. Its gonna take some elbow grease. If that doesnt work, get a good pressure washer, find a low setting (less than 200psi) and give it a blast. SOme guys dont believe in pressure washers, but if used cautiously, they are a great tool. Finally, if all else fails, try buffing compound. Be careful, if you car is mid 80's or earlier, there is a chance that your car never had a clear top coat, and you will actually be removing base paint as well. Last ditch effort, take car to local topless bikini car wash. Im sure it wont help your cars finish, but Im sure it will make you feel better.
