Default list of new parts

So I've had my camaro for a couple months and am starting to save up for my next list of parts. This time though, instead of the stereo, I was thinking of going with some black rims with a chrome lip. either 18's all the way around or a 17, 18 offset. Along with those I'll be getting some black halo headlights and blacked out altezza tails. Maybe even a carbonfiber SS hood and pulling all my z28 emblems. Just wanted to see what your guys' imput is before doing anything. Thanks, Brandon.

i dont think you'll be able to find a carbon fiber hood for it, but i could be wrong. Even if you did i personally wouldnt put a carbon fiber hood on my car, but if its what you really want then i would go ahead. As for the tail lights, if i did anything to them i might get blackout covers.. probably a lot cheaper than new lights, if you want the all black look.

As for the rims, just remember if you get the offset you won't be able to rotate them, but i personally do like the look..

just my opinion..

here's some pictures that I've found of a camaro with a cf hood. And I can get the lights from some people I know pretty cheap so rpice isn't a problem there. And about the wheels, that was my only dilema, having them all the same size would be a little cheaper, but I love the look of the offset with the right tire size and wheel gap. That stance you get when you have the offset and everything perfect just leaves me in aw. Well I can always dream... maybe one day.

I just thought it'd look pretty clean with no emblems. Kind of a sleeper look, but not since it has the carbon hood.

not sure about the CF hood. Looks cool but I dont think it would set it off as good as you might think. As for the altezza tail lights. the price might be right, but is the rice really worth it?? lol.

i wouldnt waste the money on the carbon fiber hood. I have a 98 camaro z28 and im gonna put a SS hood on it as well and the price for a normal vs a carbon fiber is not worth it. Also you could put some corvette rims on there 17x9.5 in the front and 18x11 in the back or 17x11 in the back if you dont want the off set. You can get a set of corvette c6 motorsport style chrome rims for about 900 bucks on ebay.
