Default Is it just me?

Can it be that I am the only one that has " issues " with the top of my rear bumper on my 97 staying clean? I can wash it , dry it , then by the time I walk around it the top of the rear bumper is dirty again < ok slight exageration there > .
The rest of the car can be clean but not the top of the rear bumper. I have even went so far as to open the hatch and dry around it and the inside of it. The drain rails or whatever they are called.
Any advice?

What I do is I carry a micro fiber cloth and a small spray bottle of water in the car. For whenever I need to wide down part of the car.

Thanks since last september , I have had the tint done , fresh coat of paint , and swapped rims. I just like the salad shooters more than the 5 spokes.

Those should look nice on there. I have seen on other forums where people have taken the salad shooters like I have and powder coated them black. Its not my thing but its a differnt look.

Something I forgot to ask . Does your red 97 have 30th on the seats as well? The salesman tried telling me mine was " special " because it had that on the seats. I have since learnt that the anniversary editions are white with orange stripes.
