Hey Everybody,
My Brother-in-law and I are wondering if anyone has ever heard of a Throttle Body Bypass. Basically if you haven't it's a hose connection that takes the hot coolant and redirects it over or around the TBI instead of through it. If any of you have heard of it let me know, if you've done it even better. Apparently the bypass with increase RWHP, cooler denser air mixing with cooler fuel equals more power. Anyway, let me know please.

 

Well it's a free mod so why not I guess...you wont see any gains...maybe 1hp at the crank lol

If you have forced induction then it's another story I believe

 

Not a good idea if you live in a cold climate. Also any gains would be so small it won't not be worth it.[sm=chattypair.gif]

 

1/2 to 1 HP, maybe. That is why it is free. LOL
