Default question

I finally found out why my94 z28 wouldnt fire, the connector on the passenger side of the manafold wasnt getting a good connection.
I tried to rework the pins and got it to make a good enough connection to run. When its cold it fires up easyon the first try but after it warms up littleit will turn over 2 or3times before it willfire up.And after it gets good and hot it is harder to start (sometimes it will just gokerplunk kerplunk kerplunk and the next time it will fire up after a few turns)And i can tug on the wires on the connecter on the manafolda little and the car stumbles anddies.
Where can i get a new plug for it? Or a weather pack pinkit for it. I went to the dealer and asked them about it and they looked at me like i was an alien or something and said that i cant get just a plug for it and i said ok and i asked them about a pin kit or something for it and they said they didnt know or something to that extent.

Default RE: question

Is the connector joining two set of wires, or is it connecting directly to a piece of hardware? If it is just connecting two sets of wires, you can probably find a set of connectors with pigtails at most good part stores. Does not have to be exactly the same as long as it has enough wires. If it connects directly to hardware, such as sensor, post a picture and I may be able to get you the part number.
