Need Help!!!
I have a 1999 SS Camaro and i have a Hypertech Programmer specifically for my 1999. I plugged it into my OBD2 Port and turn the key to the on position and NOTHING. Does anyone know why my OBD2 Port does not work and how i can fix it. I know it's not the Programmer cause i plugged it into my 1998 Z28 and it powered on. Please let me know ASAP.

Those programmers can only be used on one car. If you have already used it on a particular car, you will have to restore the programming on that car back to stock, in order to release the programmer so that it can be used on a different car.

Even if the Programmer was set to another car and not reset back to factory specs, it would be telling him so. He's getting "NOTHING".
Remove your fuse panel cover and take a look at the fuse for the cigarette lighter/power outlet. My bet is that the fuse may be blown, and not sending power to the OBD port.
Oh, if and when you start programming, make sure your doors are closed and any power options are turned off. A current draw can mess up the procedure.
