The PCM/ECM will have to be reprogrammed for E85 and all the fuel plumbing will have to be replaced with E85 compatible material. Ethanol attacks many of the materials used to handle gasoline.

Pete said the entire "fuel plumbing" which is much more than just injectors. It would be a lot harder than just a simple injectors swap. Not to mention E85 you get much worse gas milage and can be more expensive than gasoline is per mile.
