Yea, ^That 3rd one did it. I was trying to figure out how to upload a pic to my garage and this came up in the search. 3 is a charm guys... you just gotta wait a minute or so after the 3rd post.

most servers are set to activate updates every 5-10 minutes. so patience.

thats correct. if anyone is having an issue, also be sure you verified your email or you posts will rot in moderation hell forever.

When I signed up many moons ago, I was required to verify through my email before being able to post anything on this site. Has that changed?

well, not really. maybe most of the people cannot see the posts by those awaiting email confirmation. for me they are in moderation and i have to go in and manually approve each one.
