Is there a way to confine searches to only your generation?

I own a 4th Gen (2000 convertible) and have found a lot of good info here but at the cost of having to wade through a LOT of results that aren't really relevant to my car.

Yes, click on search, then at the bottom of the fly-down is "advanced search". There you can be more specific as to the type of search, as well as choosing what section you want to search in. You can also throw a question out there in the forum, some of us have been here long enough to know if we had a thread that pertains to a certain question, or maybe has had some first hand experience.
