Posting a sig and Security Tokens?

Posting a sig and Security Tokens?
I have uploaded a sig to my user cp and cant get it to display. also when I try to upload images to my album it tells me I dont have a Security Token. Anyone have a cause and solution for me for either?

to post a signature.
upload your picture in photobucket or flickr or any other picture hosting site.
then go to your user CP > Edit Signature
then type in:
[img]INSERTLINKHERE[/img]
in that format
