I have a 1988 alternator with 105 amps and i need a diagram to wire it up to a 1969 harness..i need to no, if i have a 1988 plug to plug into the alternator, and i cut the1969 plug off if i can wire on the 1988 plug to the 1969 wires..any help would be awsome...Taylor

 

u can definitly do that. however i dont think anybody knows that stuff off the top of their heads. i suggest that u get online and look for wirng diagrams of that specific alternator and car. they arent hard to find either
