Default two 12s in a 4th gen.

I have to two 12 inch subs still in the box that i want in my car, but would that bee to much for a small car?

The car isn't that small.. and nothing is to much. If mankind didn't push the limits of "to much"
then we certainly wouldn't be where we are today .

psh take out the back seat if you dont need it thats what im doing in order to fit 2 JL audio 13w7s

I run one sony 1200W sub off a JL 250 mono amp. With the amp turned @ about less than half and the Sub control on my Sony deck almost off, it F-in pounds. To be totally honest, it all depends on what your running. If you have crap, expect crap. If you have a quality deck,amp and speaker, you dont need a Jillion watts for it to sound bad @$$.

i agree with chappie. Your speakers/subs are only going to sound as good as whats powering them. If you have a weak amp your going to get a low quality result. The higher quality the power source for the sound system the cleaner power will be made (clean power is basically being able to turn the stereo up to a higher point without the speakers clipping.)

but you can say goodbye to trunk space lol. Im only doing one 12in so i can possible save myself alil space to the left and right. the rest of my junkgoes in the back seat.
