I have a 12" sub that as been unplugged for a few months, and not does not work. It does not make any sound at all when hooked up to my amp(amp works). It shows 3.9 with a volt meter. The thing does have a piece that plugs into the sub that is like 2 oms on one side and i think 8 on the flip side? I'm not sure if maybe that as something to do with it. I hate to take that piece out of the working one to test with.

P.S: i would give the brand of sub, but I'm to tired to walk out to the garage.
