Default Sub issues

The other night my subs stopped working. I checked the fuses and they are good. wires are connected, even in the head unit. Here is the weird part. i hooked my box up to a friends amp and the subs worked, then we took his amp and hooked it up in my car. It still didnt work! any thoughts?

Youve gotta have a bad connection somewhere, my only guess. are you sure you have everything plugged into the amp?

Well it is rare, but you can seize the voice coil in the sub. That happened to one of mine. But you can hook up your amp to your buddy's car and then run a long wire back to your subs.
