Default size alternator?

I have a 60 amp one wire alternator on my camaro now. Going from a flex fan to a dual 10 inch electric fan setup in the next couple of days and was wondering if I'm gonna need a bigger alternator. Supposedly each fan will only pull 8 amps a peice. I dont have any electronics on the car, except radio and the usual, headlights etc? Can anyone help me out here, what size alternator should be sufficient? thanks

No, you will not have any electrical or charging problems. A 105 ampalternator is stockon v8 Camaros.

As long as the voltage regulator part works properly you can have a 1,000 AMP industrial alternator running in your car and it won't overcharge your battery; however, an undersized alternator may not be able to produce enough power to keep the battery charged. But, don't overdo the size of the alternator as you may have to put dualies at the front of the car to carry the weight. LOL. That 60 AMP unit you are using is not going to do too well when you turn everything on.
