trips setup will be and feel way loader because the subs are in the best place and posision for a 3rd gen. i have made a box that looks close to urs and i had 12w6JL's in it and still do with the same as trip

Trips' setup is pretty sweet, yes. However, I had to make some compromises with mine, primarly the access to the trunk well. The Camaro doesn't exactly have a lot of cargo space to begin with, and I do need to occasionally haul stuff.

I plan on eventually having kids, so just soaking up the back buckets wasn't much of an option either. Therefore, I did the best I could, plus it works out to the right size for the subs I plan on upgrading to (kicker CVR10s, .8-3.0 cubic feet for sealed, mine's 2.25. I might drop to just one and port it when I upgrade)

After getting the wiring right (I still feel dumb for that) it sounds good enough for me that the only reason I would upgrade the subs now is because the ones I have currently are ugly as crap.
