Do you know if the subwoofers are designed for ported or sealed enclosures? I don't know this, but subs usually work in one application or the other, and some work fine in both.

Just asking, as it would be pointless to build a sealed enclosure if they are not oriented for it.

In case you don't, however, mise well try it out anyways... building a sealed enclosure for testing is easy and cheap.

Just wondering, you never know. Whoever had them in a ported enclosure might not know either and just made it up that way.

Do you have the T/S parameters of the subwoofers? Or a link that will give me the info? If you do I could find out for you.

my buddy got them from bestbuy it was a sub box combo. it had one big port it was just an opening in the middle. i took them out of my car i dident want to leave them in the car over the winter.
