so i got new back speakers also same ones alpine sps17c2 and i put them all in but they all sound like crap there all cracking. do you think it could be them moving around? or maybe the speaker wire because the speakers that i had in before that just started cracking really bad in the end and thats why i replaced them. or do these speakers just suck

it shouldnt be the speaker. How do you have them installed? Check your grounds and all your connections.

If the magnet is touching the car it will do that, make sure there is no metal on that and that there are no forgien objects anywhere near the speaker. Otherwise it could be your head unit too.

Unfortunatly the only reason I know what I do about speakers and head units is because my friends use to steal them, and my brothers got stolen so I had to know what I was looking for when trying to figure out who took his stuff and "buy" it back.... anyway I think it might be that because in my 94 when I changed out the speakers just in the back seat I noticed that if anythiing other than the mounting plate was touching any metal they sounded horrible.

Its really not difficult, the speaker should have room to move on all its axis when its in the little hole, just make sure there are no obstructions and always do a quick sound check before putting everything back together. I can take some pics for ya, I actually need to change my back speakers too, dunno why but they aint making any sound. Ill take some pics and post em up and try to show you what I'm talking about.
