Not so keen to that brand myself, they make decent amps for their price, but their subs aren't that great.

Unlike Sony and all these other brands, they can handle the advertised power. They are more for the bump than the sound. If you want, go with Infinity or JL audio subs for clarity. Or if you want, Visonik has a good loaded box system from millionbuy.com

There is NO best subwoofer.

Do you want SPL or SQ?

What's your budget?

Correct! There never will be a best subwoofer. You will need to provide info such as what are you going for SQ or SPL for anyone to begin to give you suggestions. That question is as open ended as whats the best toppings on a pizza, or what size jeans are the most comfortable. It's 95% of the user of the equipment and what they hear. Install quality, product performance, and money spent that decides that last 5%

I got a 2001 SS and i have a 10" JL sub built specifically for camaros and trans ams (i kno cuz i picked it out of the catalog myself) for about 400$ you put it in that little spot on the left of the trunk, u kno...where you used to put the 12 case!!..Along with that i have a 650 watt amp from Alpine, i replaced the moonsoon speakers with six Diamond Components all around the car. Finally i have an Alpine head unit that Supports the Ipod, so u can control the Ipod from your stereo or remote or steering wheel etc. This setup was done for about $1000 which is extremely cheap in my area (Chicago) It is worth EVERY penny, the sound is awesome especially if that trunk space flap thing is off completely....i have compared my car to a few other camaros that have taken their whole backseat out and put two "no name" 12s and mine still bumps and sounds crisp clear.
In conclusion...for sounds you have to go with top of the line, cuz you get what you pay for.
