JL sucks period. I hated them! and so did all meh friends. x2

But if you want some power, I'd go with Kicker CVR's.... They are expensive, but powerful.

Or Solobarracks. Those are World Class Champions Subs.....Or were at least.

Everything is expensive. if you wanna save a lil cash but still get good quality, id go with Alpine type E's or R's. those thump pretty good and they ain't that expensive.

If I were were you, I'd buy a 4-5 channel amp and power your whole system with it, would make more sense than buying a 2 channel to power just the subs when you could power your component speakers also, other options--buy 2 amps (I know how it is with money, I'm 17), and run your speakers off of that, and then the 1000W for the subs...totally up to you though, I have 2 Kicker CVRs with a ZX550.2 amp, they sound nice, I'm saving up for a 5 channel to power my speakers now .

Hey OMG! dont forget your keys? and legacy amps [sm=forgetit.gif]visoniks makes good amps or better yet PUNCHby rockford fosgate, also how many wats are the subs? very important. But visonik amps have built in fans, helps keep them cool, and if you want to bridge your subs you,ll need a fan, the amp will run full tilt. and OMG! are those subs just sitting there? like the cap thou, you need one of those too helps with music or load spikes, enjoy and no carbecues.[sm=icon_cheers.gif]
