Engine swap
Trade in or sell & buy a ZL1. Cooling system, exhaust system, accessory drive, engine management system, maybe transmission if going from a V6 to V8, and if trans exchanged, driveshaft construction. and maybe more would have to be changed.

You are not going to get an accurate answer. There is a ton of research that would need done. It is not the type of job most mechanic can do and most shops want nothing to do with it, even if the have a good enough mechanic. Its not like the old days. Frame are designed for the engine computer systems are different. These cars are basically computer networks any thing changes software and wiring may need updated. I have never done the research for a 2017 but I know what it take to swap from a base to a V8 in a 2002. The front frame (K-member) is different, basically everything needs swap over the trans is different V6 to V8 (they always are be even it they would fit they would not be strong enough) This is the big one: all the wiring under the hood and in the dash. Even the instrument gauges a engine specific. I am sure it has not gotten easier since 2002.
For budget purpose I would Plan on 80 hours of labor at 120 per hour. But you would need a whole car as a donor. <---- Guess
Most shops will not even quote a job like this unless they have done it before. They are just going to say it takes what it takes and that is what you pay AKA Time and Material quote.
