Ok what am I missing? You guys know you are talking about a quater pannel NOT a fender. The quarter pannel is welded in place and VERY expensive and time consuming to replace.

Red Sled you where on the right track. You need to find someone parting out a car and ask what they would charge for you to cut a pc of it out. Most parted out cars go to the scraper with the quater pannels still on the car so they should not charge much. Then weld in that pc as a patch pannel. I would pull out the dent in the back half ot the quater.

It takes a little skill a decent mig welder to get the patch right or you can just get the patch close and "Cave it and Pave it" with body filler.

Thanks for the advice. That was my plan. I just need to find someone that will take a case of beer to weld it for me. That is one skill I wish I new.
