So the Z needed some freshening up. I had some rot in the rear fenders, wheel wells, rockers etc.

I just got it back the other day from the body guy and he did a great job.

AFTER

So after some discussion with some paint experts, I went with the new Lexus "Starlight Mica Black" Essentially a black pearl metallic:

I'm waiting for it to get sunny so I can get some good pics of the flake in the paint, but this will give you an idea anyway:

All in all, I am very happy with the outcome. There is still a bunch of cleanup to do to her, and the Eibach Sportlines are going on this Saturday, but she's coming along...

I likely, good job.
Only a favor, take before & after pictures of spring replacement.
Even as more miles get driven onto the Camaro to see the springs settle.

Default Spring install

Well,

I am about half way done the spring install.

One of the bolts for the panhard bar was seized in the bushing, and after way too long of ****ing around with it, we cut it out. Then the sway bar links were seized (3/4 of them broke).

Then when I got the front springs off, the top nut on the strut mounts were rusted all to **** and I can't get them off.

So, today I am getting the new sway bar links, and on Monday I am getting new strut mounts and KYB AGX's for the front.

It never seems to end...
