There are tons of ways to get past wheel locks. And thieves are pros at it.

Local Tire shop said they would do it for free. I never found a code so it must have been an aftermarket add on.

Wheel locks only inconvenience the car owner and not someone who wants your wheels.
Lock don't even slow them down, they are just a pain in the butt for you. Just try taking one off with the key and a Factory lug wrench.

I personally never use them. I don't leave my cars anywhere that their is even s light chance of them getting stolen.
