Y87 question

Default Y87 question

i looked and found out mine has the Y87 option, my tranny is screwed up and i am getting a new tranny... so im wondering is there a difference in a non Y87 and a Y87 other than gear ratio(what is the difference in the different ratios as well)

yes i already know that, i ment feeling/performance stuff like that (for the tranny)

as i said earlier i already know that, i mean would i notice that there is a diffence between 3.08 and 3.42

yes. the 3.42 will actually get up and go halfway quickly

THANK YOU thats what what i was looking for....well this sucks, i have to down grade unless the one im buying has the y87 setup

just find a v8 m6 camaro/firebird reearend. they will come with a torsen LSD and 3.42
