i have a stock 2000 v6 automatic. i am planning to put on an slp cold air intake, magnaflow exhaust, and getting a hypertech powerprogrammer. would this setup get me into the 14's?

 

No. Definitely not. You would most definitely need some gears.

 

which engine do you have and are you at sea level ?

 

i am at sea level and i have the 3.8 liter and i have 3.42 gears

 

well stock they run 16s,so you might want to look at doing headers and making a pass to see where you are

 

if i did all that stuff and put a set of headers on would i be in the 14's

 

are those that came with the car stock ?
im not an expert on the v6s, but its still hard to tell.

 

are you talking about the gears cause if you are yes they are stock

 

Thats hardly a "setup." None of those are parts adding substantial power, even any noticeable power. Optimistically, those will add 10, on a good day, with a tail wind. Your going to need quite a bit to get into the 14s.

 

Gonna take a lot more than headers to take a full 2 seconds off.
