This video should explain it. She starts, idles up a little then dies. You give her gas and she dies. Changed fuel filter with thoughts of her starving for fuel.

Vid doesn't work. Check fuel pressure, plugs, coils first. At this point it can be several different problems to choose from. What year ? Motor type?

It's a 99 with the v6. Recently changed plugs and wires. Then had a random misfire on #6 do changed coil pack and this cured the problem. I removed the air box hose to see tb response. It flutters when turning the key then when she dies a puff of air comes out. More like she is choking. I'llt try to fix the video.

Fuel pressure appears to be fine. Dumb founded. It starts but won't stay started. If you press the gas she won't even start. We have fuel, air, and spark to make her start. But won't stay running.

OK let me restate about fuel pressure. Bought a gauge and the fitting it didn't have was for the camaro. Air comes out then fuel. Pressed my fitting on my car and it squirts out hard. Is there a fuel pressure regulator before I jump into a fuel pump?

You really need to do a fuel pressure test, without it you just guessing. Yes your car has a fuel requlator.
