Default Wont go in gear while running please help

I just changed my clutch, slave and master (prebled and filled ac delco), t/o and pilot berrings on my 94 3.4l v6 camaro w/ t5 tranny. Because my car started to squeal. Well after i changed everything my car would not go in gear while it was running. The only difference is that the new clutch disk is about .325in thick while the old one is worn down to about .225in thick. Everything ive read and looked up says clutch release arm and pivot ball. Well the arm was discontinued by gm and i cant find a good one anywhere (havent checked any local junk yards yet would rather not do that anyway.) Is there anything i can do like a longer slave cylinder rod or a spacer on the pivot ball.

I would be 100% sure the hydraulic system is bleed. In the past on fab jobs if I had to shim a release bearing I did it between the fork and bearing since that is just a flat washer. But I have never worked on a 3.4 5 speed.

The 3800 I did I bleed it like 5 times with clear fluid, pumped 100 times fast, still did not get the air out. Went out the next weekend and it worked fine, it gravity bleed itself. go figure.
