Have you checked to see if the striped wire to the injector is not shorted to ground? If it is shorted to ground it will hold the injector open at all times. It is only supposed to open when the ECM places a ground signal on the striped wire.
You may also want to consider checking the compression. No or very low compression resuts in misfire even if the spark and fuel delivery is good.

OMG people! I feel so stupid!!! My problem is cured, alas!!!!!!!

Who would have ever thought that lil $4.87 bottle of Stop-leak would be so deceiving??? HMMM?

ME!!! Don't use it people.....Turns out, a blown intake gasket(s) were the root of all my problems....replaced those and now i'm more proud of my lil 6 pack than I've ever been before!!!
