Default Will this work?

I believe I read this on here or a similar forum, but I saw that a 3.8 Intake Manifold and Heads will fit on my 3.4 block. Is this true? If so I have big plans. If I could find a wrecked Pontiac GTP or Buick Regal GS I could pull the heads, manifold, and supercharger off of it and put it in my 3.4l.

I just recently changed my drive shaft to a 1 piece aluminum from a 99 SS camaro, which I will be swapping the rear from that car into mine shortly. I was also wondering if this swap would work fairly easily. My only concern is the brake lines going from drums->discs. I would really like discs so I could stop quickly (and it looks nicer).

far as i know the 3.8 and 3.4 are different motors. heads are different and intake is different.
what yr is your car. if both have traction control or both do not then u shoul be ok with the rear end switch. one type rearend has sensors on each wheel and one has one sensor on the center gear. if u save the brake lines from the doner car from damage u should be able to use them. check over the rubber section by the wheels for any damage or signs of old age. cracking or wear grooves. if any replace.

Even if you had a 3.8 the super charger would not work without major mods. 3.4 and 3.8 are completly different. Even the center line for the cyclinders is different.

If you do some research you will find you can get the heads off a later model Front wheel drive 3.4 car for a nice bump up in power.

My car is a 93 3.4l. The rear end I will be getting from a 99 SS camaro (ls1 6 speed). I am not sure if it has traction control will work or not.
