Default will an m90 fit?

Hey guys i have a 96 v6 auto, and i was wondering if an eaton m90 supercharger off grand prix or bonnevile would fit my stock intake manifold? And will it clear my hood? If so what supporting mods, would i have to get besides exhaust?

No. It's a very custom job. You would have to machine the back of it off, and fabricate a u-bend. I've seen it done, and it is possible, just really complicated, and can get very expensive very fast due to all the custom fab work.

Whew, you had me worried there for a second. I've been off my game lately.

Well, no technically your not wrong but there are some of those already machined with the bend on the internet. But you dont just supercharge an engine. The supercharged 3.8 has different heads, an entirely different bottom end, and I believe the cam is different too but Im not real sure on that one.

I've actually been giving it serious thought. But I'm finding that a turbo might be cheaper. My supercharger idea was to put a paxton charger in place of the a/c pump. But I'd like to keep my a/c

Still giving it thought. But I've gotta pull my engine first, and deal with some guts.

What would that change? Just as many people will still ask the question, and people have supercharged their v6's, just no one on this forum. This forum is something more of an entry level forum, alot of people come, ask one question, and leave. Generally people dont stick around here long enough to actually get anywhere with mods, and quite frankly, not many people have any realistic intention of going as far as they say they will. Maybe if this forum didnt have so many problems, a chatroom perhaps? and atleast one or two meets a year.....

Seriously though you know what Im sayin
