I'm not gonna guarantee anything, but it looks like the midpipe should be able to clear your rear axle. Since the tailpipes are already welded in place it might look a little crooked from the rear. Are you going to have somone install it or not, if you only had 1 tailpipe before then you'll need to get another hanger put in and welded to the new tailpipe, this is assuming that you won't have centering problems and can still use the other hanger in the location it is in. You should check to see if the midpipe is long enough to reach your cat by measuring and comparing it to the one on your car now. Also the way the tip ofthat midpipe is bent might require some modifications and couplings to be able to attach to your cat if it isn't a 2.25" OD I believe. These are all things that can cause you problems. If it fits (which it looks like it should) that would be a nice Mandrel bent cat-back to put on. What brand is that muffler?

haha i have a flowmast kit too, before that i hada stock dynomax kit off of a 89 rs, it took me forever to hang that bish correctly, never fell off, i finally got rid of it when my girl brought me the flowmaster kit
