Will any of these fit?
I have a 2002 v6, i was wondering if any of these parts could possibly fit my car.

Maybe the last two, but you would need some custom work for the MAF (more than it would be worth to you). Stock throttle body (which houses the MAF) is just fine for lots of power. The other two I'm sure you could get to work.

ok thanks, yeah i just put aSLP CAI in my v6 and my friend told me that a new MAF would help my car a lot. I have dual magnaflow exhaust and now a SLP CAI, what should be my next move?
