My friend has a Nissan Sentra with a CAI. And i have a 02 stock Camaro, he says he would easily beat me. Is this true?

first of what kind of sentra but i never lost to any sentra even ther seR or wat ever it is i pull away and keep pulling away when my 96 was stock now they dont even try they are scared to even look over i went from 200hp to 347 in 2 months

 

Depends really. What year and yeah what kind of sentra and if its an auto or stick. Chances are you will win.

 

He has no chance. In 1995 they came out with 115hp. The 2005 SE-R Spec V has a shameful 175hp. No chance can he beat you.

i dont think it should matter about the HP, ive seen 300 HP mustangs beat 6 and 700 HP firebirds. i think its all about how you drive the car.

 

How about a 2.8 vs a 3.8 97 mustang....i know if i cant beet him i could keep up for sure. My 2.8 has custom exhaust 2.5 in and his mustang is stock and i also have a cold air intake(mainly looking impressive under my hood)

 

A 2005 Se-r spec V would be a nice race you should win unless he can drive better than you. It has 175 hp and weights a few hundred pounds lighter. Power to weight ratios they are not everything but they do count.

And yeah you can have the faster car but if you mess up one shift or take off poorly....chances are you wont recover from it.

wait a 300hp mustang beat a 700hp firebird? Did they use NOS or something? Because that firebird should be ridiculously faster.



2.8 vs the 3.8 mustang. I think the mustang should accelerate faster but it depends.

 

ya i think its a 2001 Spec Vr or w/e. and his is a stick, but i dont think it will matter lol, i can drive good and he's.... i guess ok lol but he has come close on many occasions <-- not sure how to spell it lol.
