There is alot of air coming from the circled area and I think its causing the vacuum leak that's not allowing air through my dash vents. Where can I go to buy what I need to fix this?

 

That is a AC line. The air coming from there is because the door is closed. I have never had any reason to replace that. The dealer would be the the only place that might have it. Like I said tho I think you will find that air coming from there is because of the problem not the cause of it.

GMpartsgiant.com may carry that part, as they seem to stock nearly all of the same parts as your local dealer does. If it's not there then I'd resort to perusing eBay for the part in hopes that I'd stumble upon a cheap example in pristine condition

 

are you taking about the line or the box if its leaking from the line its just an oring but your going to have to recharge the ac if you take that off
