Its a 95 camaro 3800 seris II. Its hard to find an exhaust that sounds good on a v6 maro. so i need some help. or if you have anyther suggestions lemme know. I wanna try to keep away from flowmaster because it hasnt sounded good in the past.

 

I just had a 14" Flo-Pro MX Series (welded seams, better than rolled seams) installed on my '95 3.4l -- sounds good...

ty for the comment is it loud though cuz thats what im looking for a loud and good sound. I want it almost obnoxiously loud.

 

Use NO exhaust for obnoxiously loud ;-) and/or get a V8!

It sounds good, nice rumble for a V6

 

Heh, I have a Flowmaster Series 80 cat back system. Duals, actually. Anyway, it sounds aggressive, nothing like a bumble bee. I love it, especially at idle and low RPMs. You can definitely hear a rumbling camming sound. I love crakning it and just listening to it.

 

The 3.4l is 2 1/4" pipe from the engine -- what size is the 3.8l? I assume yours is a 3.8?

 

Erm, I'm not sure. Post cat is all 2 1/4".

 

yea after the cat its 2 1/4". But i have no cat i got bored and me and my bddy cut it off.

 

Flowmaster system sounds better WITH cat. It's designed for the use of one, anyhow. I went cat-less for a few years. It did nothing but damage my downstream O2 sensor, constantly illuminate my MIL, and sound quite like ****.
