Default What else to change?

I have to change my water pump (which is leaking), Tension belt (which is squeaking), and catalytic converter (rattling). I was just wondering if there are any other things I should replace while everythings apart. I was thinking maybe o2 sensor for the cat and also some pulleys for the belt. Im pretty sure all parts in the engine area are stock.

if you want to just change parts as a preventive maintenance the o2 are cheap, new belt, stat, maybe a good tune up (plugs, wires, pcv, fuel filter, oil change, flush and fill of the cooling system) also you have to pull the rad to get to the pump clean the outside real good and run a garden hose through it for a good 20 min

Wouldn't be a bad idea to change the tranny fluid too.

The Tensioner is a whole unit itself. They aren't cheap so ask him of it is the Tensioner or the Tensioner pulley. The catalytic convertor you'll have to find either a highflow or a universal one that will fit the car and pass state emission laws.

Also when you do the waterpump get the timing cover gasket and replace that aswell since you'll be right in that area. The timing cover gasket has a tendancy to leak and with most people's luck it's shortly after they replace the water pump.

The water pump from gm is around $230, but I saw a couple of acdelco water pumps for around $100. Would it be ok to use that?
