it makes the noise when i turn to the left. and that is where my ball joints and tie rod where bad . but those were replaced .

Upper control arm bushing? Check it to see if it is all dry rotted.

 

no I figured it out . the parts that were replaced were make of urethane and they weren't greased so the make that horrible noise. the creaking and groaning. So i have some liquid wrench grease so hopefully that will fix the problem
